The intention of this course is to equip learners with digital skills that will be useful in a work context.

Learners will:
• handle work-related information
• create and edit digital content for work purposes
• use digital skills to communicate in a work context
• be able to work online and use digital devices safely and responsibly in a work context
• be able to solve technical problems

• Previous experience of using digital devices and the internet is required, (or Level 1 IT qualification),
• Minimum of Entry 3 qualification in reading and writing
• Access to a digital device: tablet, laptop or smartphone
